Gemlet is a jewelry store based out of Toronto, Canada. Canada has such an amazing and diverse culture that has allowed us to grow into what we are today. Gemlet was founded in 2016 by Michelle Hung from her dorm rooms at the University of Waterloo. While completing her degree in Engineering and eventually Chemistry, she found a full time job post graduation.

In 2020 with the pandemic affecting everyone, Michelle was laid off from her full time job. From there she decided to pursue Gemlet full time and with the help and support of the community of Toronto and Canada she was able to slowly grow Gemlet day by day.

Attending 100's of popups throughout the years in Ontario in locations such as Harbourfront Centre, Distillery, Kensington, Stackt Market. Having her unique pieces in Pickering Town Centre, Markets By Dream Day, Good Intentions and countless other vendors. Gemlet's community was amazing.

Michelle's journey encapsulates the spirit of creativity and the power of community. Gemlet's story continues to shine as a beacon of possibility, proving that with passion and support, dreams can become dazzling realities.
